About Growell
GROWELL (Grow We All Team) is a social welfare organization dedicated to building a stronger and more compassionate society through unity, support, and collective responsibility. Inspired by the spirit of “Service to Humanity”, GROWELL works to connect people from different backgrounds on a single platform where they can support each other in times of need.
Our organization is actively working across Uttar Pradesh, and other regions to provide social, emotional, and community-based support for individuals and families. We believe that real change becomes possible when people come together with trust, humanity, and a shared purpose.
GROWELL focuses on various social initiatives including emergency family support, education assistance, women empowerment, healthcare awareness, blood donation support, employment guidance, environmental awareness, and community welfare activities.
We are not just an organization — we are a growing family where every member stands together in happiness, challenges, and social responsibility. Through transparency, dedication, and community participation, GROWELL aims to create a positive impact and inspire a culture of compassion and mutual support.
GROWELL, i.e. GROW WE ALL, has been established for the economic and social security of people coming from various categories and sections of society. GROWELL has been established to provide financial assistance and support to the family in case any unfortunate incident happens to a person who is the owner of a household or the person responsible for managing the household arrangements.
This scheme will initially be operated throughout Uttar Pradesh, and will be for the people belonging to all categories across the state.
Keeping in view the interests of all categories, GROWELL has created 3 categories, which are as follows:
- Category A) Government Employees
- Category B) Private / Contract Employees
- Category C) Other Categories
Membership can be obtained under these categories.

In case the system operation fee is not deposited, no claim for any kind of benefit can be made. However, payment of the system operation fee does not guarantee any kind of benefit. For receiving any benefit/assistance, the member must be legally valid.
In fact, GROWELL will run various types of schemes from time to time for its members, their families/dependents/nominees, and society. The guidelines and rules for such arrangements/schemes will be issued from time to time.
Under the most popular scheme, if a valid member dies prematurely, all members associated with GROWELL will be called upon through the organization’s official social media and various platforms.
Accordingly, the minimum contribution amount of ₹50 prescribed by GROWELL will be mandatory as financial assistance and will be directly transferred to the bank account of the nominee of the deceased member.

During this period, it will be mandatory to make all the prescribed contributions. The organization may change the lock-in period in the future according to circumstances.
7(A) After Lock-in Period
After the lock-in period, if the contribution is discontinued midway for any reason, it will be mandatory to complete 90% of the total contribution for validity.
The organization will not make any claim regarding reaching any fixed, lower, or higher amount. Neither any member nor the beneficiary family will be able to make any demand, claim, right, or legal claim in this regard.
Any kind of legal dispute will be settled only within the judicial jurisdiction of District AGRA.
8(A)
If, after obtaining membership, a member does not make contributions, or after making contributions for some months/years, stops one or more contributions, and as a result does not remain within the scope of 90% contribution or becomes invalid, then the member can regain validity by making contributions continuously for 3 months and completing the period of 3 months or 90 days.
8(B)
In case a member commits suicide, and in case the death of the member occurs in any such manner where the beneficiary/dependent/nominee is guilty or is an accused, then GROWELL will not provide any kind of financial assistance.

GROWELL will provide financial assistance directly into the account of the nominee of the deceased member.
Therefore, no member/dependent/beneficiary will have the right to make any kind of judicial challenge for receiving the contribution/assistance.
